As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing our Salesforce platform, supporting over 200 users across three orgs worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment where your expertise will directly contribute to streamlining processes, improving data management, and ensuring a seamless user experience.

As part of our team of Salesforce professionals, you will work closely with lawyers to understand business requirements, design tailored solution sand customize the platform to enhance usability for our user base. Given the ever-changing nature of laws, our systems must continuously evolve and remain aligned with the latest technological advancements.

Resonsibilties:

  • System Maintenance and Optimization: Ensure the Salesforce platform is running efficiently by performing regular maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting issues.
  • User & Access Management: Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions to ensure appropriate access and security across the organization.
  • Data Management: Oversee data quality by managing deduplication, imports, exports, backups, and ensuring compliance with data governance policies.
  • Customization and Configuration: Customize Salesforce objects, fields, flows, validation rules, page layouts, and other automations to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Training and Support: Provide training to end-users, create documentation, and offer ongoing support to ensure a positive user experience and adoption.
  • Reporting, Dashboards: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Integration and Third-Party Applications: Manage integrations with third-party applications and tools, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
Minimum Requirements:

  • 1+ years serving as a Salesforce administrator in a previous role.
  • Knowledge of flows, validation rules, and other declarative development features.
  • Experience designing page layouts and lighting layouts to help improve efficiency.
  • Effective verbal and written communication to work with stakeholders, including non-technical team members.
  • Teamwork skills to collaborate with administrators, business analysts, and other developers.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Salesforce Certifications (PlatformAdministrator) highly preferred.
  • Experience with the Litifylegal case management platform.
  • Dataloader expertise along with other data manipulation tools.
  • Exposure to SharePoint for document management.
  • Experience with the legal industry.
