Peru Process Solutions S.R.L. (Hereinafter, “PPS”) is an organization committed to the protection of private and confidential information obtained within the ordinary course of its business in development of its respective corporate purpose. For these reasons, PPS has prepared this Web Privacy Policy (hereinafter, “the Policy”), which aims to regulate the processing of personal data that may be collected from users, when they access or use the page PPS website.
Our policy and procedures are legally based on Law N° 29733, Personal Data Protection Law, and its Regulations, approved by Supreme Decree N° 003-2013-JUS, with the purpose of protecting the information that has been entrusted to us and supplied voluntarily.
Hereby, PPS declares its commitment to protect the personal data that is provided to it, and to respect the guiding principles of Personal Data Protection recognized in the current regulations.
Likewise, PPS declares that it respects the privacy, secrecy and security of the personal data that have been provided, adopting in the treatment of the same the technical, organizational and legal measures necessary to avoid their alteration, loss, treatment or access not authorized, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data and the risks to which they are exposed.
In particular, PPS guarantees to the owners of the personal data that their data will be collected for their treatment only when these are necessary, pertinent and adequate, in relation to specific, explicit and lawful purposes which have been obtained for. These will be kept in such a way that their security is guaranteed and only for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose of their treatment, so these will be eliminated when they are no longer necessary or pertinent to the purpose which they were gathered for, or when requested by the owner in the exercise of their right of cancellation.
This Personal Data Processing Policy applies to all PPS collaborators, as well as to third parties who carry out any processing of personal data that they collect, store or manage.
Consent
Obtaining free, prior, express unequivocal and informed consent is essential for PPS to be able to process the personal data of its users. In this sense, PPS will always inform the user, prior to the collection of its personal data, about the purposes for which these will be used.
By publishing this Policy and its acceptance, the user freely grants his/her consent without any impediment for PPS to process their data, in accordance with the current legal framework and in accordance with the considerations described in the Politics.

PPS informs the owners of personal data that, if deemed necessary, they may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO Rights) in the terms contemplated in the regulations on Personal Data Protection or they may formulate the queries, observations or comments regarding the processing of their personal data, sending their request to the address Av.
